·         Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

·         Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

·         Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to process, which will be specified on the product page.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

·         Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within India)

·         Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (within India)

·         International Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on the destination

·         Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or other factors.

4. Shipping Charges

·         Within India: A flat shipping fee of 149 applies for orders below this amount.

·         International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

5. Order Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

·         You can track your order through the tracking link provided in the email or on our website.

6. Address & Contact Information

·         Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing the order.

·         We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Issues

8. Damaged or Missing Items

·         If you receive a damaged package, do not accept it and contact our customer support immediately.

·         If any item is missing from your package, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

·         Customs processing times may delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

·         If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, the customer may be charged for reshipping.
